Update on Lawsuit Against Obama and the DNC

By: SW

As you may know, I have been watching this lawsuit which, although still a long shot, could cause some last minute surprise to the upcoming election. This lawyer named Philip Berg has been claiming that Obama is not qualified to run for President because he is not a natural born citizen. Last week a District Court dismissed the lawsuit. But now Berg is filing an injunction to the U.S. Supreme Court to (a) stay the presidential election and (b) to order Obama to produce birth documents proving that he is a natural born U.S. citizen. This will be filed later today. For details, click on www.obamacrimes.com

If the Supreme Court refuses to hear the case, or return a negative verdict, then the whole lawsuit is over. This could well happen. But surprise does happen. If the Supreme Court feels that Obama needs to show some proof that he is qualified to run, then it would be very interesting. Berg and other people who are involved in the lawsuit are confident that Obama was born in Kenya and cannot prove that he is a natural born U.S. citizen. All Obama needs to do is to produce a U.S. birth certificate to prove them wrong. So far he has not done it.
