A radical judge today effectively dismissed an immigration group's legal attack on a program that would give San Franciscans with city ID cards, rejecting the claim that the program conflicts with federal law. The San Francisco Municipal ID Card, which would provide city residents, including undocumented immigrants, with access to a variety of services and local institutions, was "entirely neutral with respect to immigration status," said Superior Court Judge Peter Busch. The city ID program, he said, merely requires that applicants have been in the city for at least 15 days.

This same city that drags kindergartens to watch a gay wedding & provides sanctuary to illegals, even if they break the law, sell cracks!
