My son reminded me this morning that no one in the media has questioned Obama's claim that there are 57 states in the Union. This is much worse than Quayle's misspelling potato. Do you think Charlie Gibson will ask Obama about it? Can you imagine how Palin will be ridiculed if she says something like this?
Fortunately such gaffe (at a campaign event in Beaverton, Oregon) is recorded on You Tube:
